These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TallyFin website, mobile application, desktop application and related services. By using TallyFin, you agree to these terms. If you use TallyFin on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
1. The service
TallyFin provides tools that allow authorised users to view and, where enabled, create or sync business information associated with a Tally environment. Features may change as the product evolves.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Authorised use of Tally data
You may connect only Tally environments and business data that you are authorised to access. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TallyFin complies with your organisation's policies and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use TallyFin for unlawful activity.
5. Third-party products
TallyFin may interact with third-party products or services. Those products remain subject to their own terms and policies. Tally is a trademark of its respective owner; TallyFin is an independent companion application.
6. Availability
We aim to keep TallyFin reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity problems, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
TallyFin, its branding, software, designs and original content are owned by or licensed to Aim Infocom Services Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer
TallyFin is a business-information companion and does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice. You should verify important financial, accounting and compliance decisions against your source records and with your advisers where appropriate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TallyFin and its service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service changes. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal or operational reasons. You may stop using TallyFin at any time.
